Abhinav Prasoon

Founder & Design Principal

“Designing with international precision, local insight”

Abhinav is the Founder and Principal Architect of RWAMP Studio, India. With over 15 years of experience in architecture and design, he is recognized for his versatile vision and meticulous attention to detail.

His career includes serving as an Associate at Broadway Malyan Asia Pacific, where he worked on projects in London, Shanghai, and Singapore. This international exposure has been invaluable, enabling him to bring the same global standards of quality, precision, and innovation into RWAMP Studio’s practice in India. Earlier, he also contributed to landmark projects at Suresh Goel Associates, New Delhi, further enriching his professional foundation.

Abhinav’s expertise spans thematic museums, hospitality destinations, clubhouses, and luxury villas, with projects delivered across diverse regions of India and abroad. His design philosophy blends creativity with technical excellence, resulting in immersive spaces that resonate with both cultural context and international benchmarks.

Educated at the University for the Creative Arts, UK (M.A. Design Architecture – Distinction, 2011) and Integral University, Lucknow (B.Arch, 2009), Abhinav combines academic distinction with hands‑on expertise. Today, he leads RWAMP Studio in delivering international‑quality design solutions that redefine residential, cultural, and hospitality spaces, positioning the practice as a trusted partner for visionary clients worldwide

Reena Gaikwad

Co-Founder & Principal Architect

“Shaping global experiences through design, technology, and storytelling”

Reena is an innovative and accomplished design professional with over 16 years of experience in architecture and allied disciplines. She has worked extensively on projects across India, Dubai, and Singapore, collaborating closely with international teams to deliver large‑scale, high‑quality design solutions.

Her expertise spans architecture, masterplanning, thematic museums & experience centres, interiors, branding, project management, and planning. Reena’s creative strengths lie in conceptualisation, experiential design integrating architecture and technology, and innovative concept development that builds compelling narratives for project marketing and branding. She is equally adept at producing technical and concept presentations, design reports, and guiding projects from design development through site execution.

Reena holds an M.A. (Design) Architecture from the University of Sheffield, UK (2012) and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rachna Sansad Academy of Architecture, Mumbai (2008).

Her professional journey includes roles at Broadway Malyan Asia Pacific (Assistant Masterplanner), where she contributed to international projects in Dubai and Singapore, as well as at DSP Design Associates Pvt. Ltd. and Mandiwala Qutub & Associates. These experiences have equipped her with a global perspective and the ability to integrate innovation, precision, and storytelling into every project she undertakes.
