Yahvi Resort

The vernacular resort is more than just a holiday destination – it aims to create an vibrant, walkable community inspired by the interactions within a village. It’s planning is, therefore, organic: a spine traverses the landscape, with alcoves and seating spaces which are dotted with iconic sculptures. Because of the remote, untouched site, the architecture seeks to be rooted and integrated with the surroundings. The lake is the highlight of the location, and has been optimally made the feature of the design, with each villa having unobstructed views of the lake separate lake-side pods that form landscape features, and infinity pools that celebrate water as an element key to rejuvenation. The masterplan forms three major precincts, the Center is public, the Villages offer a variety of villas and the Lake-side offers a multi-cuisine restaurants and spaces that interact with the water. The architecture pays ode to the traditional planning features of the region. The project becomes a quite habitation along the waterfront.
